Do we have a physical location?  

 

Not right now, but we would definitely consider it in the future.  We’ll let you know if we build one in your city.

 

 

Types of payment accepted?

 

We accept plastic only  - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  You may also pay using a debit card.  If you use a debit card, your funds will be put on hold until either the hold is taken off or the payment is processed (whichever is sooner).  When the order has shipped, the payment will be processed, and the funds deducted from your account.  Please note: while your funds are being held, you will not have access to them until the hold is taken off.  Holds usually last 3-5 days.   

 

 

How do I find products on your site?

 

Searching for products on FemmeVP.com is easy and can be done one of two ways.  Your first option is to type the keyword into the keyword search box located at the top right corner of each page.  For example, if you type the word “jersey” in the keyword search box, any of our products with the word “jersey” in them will appear.

 

The other way to find a product is by clicking on one of the main category tabs located on the left side of the homepage (NFL, College, NASCAR, etc.).  Placing your cursor on any of the categories will reveal a scroll bar of all the available teams and schools within that league.  Choose a team/school, and you will be taken to their home page within FemmeVP.com.  

 

Six product sub-categories appear at the top of each team/school page: Apparel, Car, Fashion Accessories, For the Kids, Home and Office and Tailgate.  Click on any of the six to reveal products within that category.  If you’d rather see all of the products, just use your mouse to scroll up and down the entire product catalogue for the team/school.

 

When you see an item that interests you, click on the name or photograph of the product to see a more detailed description.  Double click on the product photo to enlarge the size.

 

 

 

How do I order? 

 

This is an important one.  Order with us online or by emailing your order page and credit card info to sales@femmevp.com.  We prefer online orders if at all possible. 

 

When you have clicked on a must have item, use the scroll lists to select your desired color, size and quantity, and then click “ADD TO CART” to add that product to your shopping cart.  Some of our products, like jewelry and apparel, let you select sizes and colors.  Other products, such as car accessories and most home items, are one size fits all. 

 

Clicking “ADD TO CART” will take you directly to the shopping cart/checkout section of the website.  Make sure the correct item (and color/size/quantity) is in your shopping basket.  If you would like to continue shopping, click the “continue shopping” link to return to the team/school item list.  If you have everything you need in the cart, click “checkout” to start finalizing your order. 

 

To change a quantity, click “update quantity”.  To delete an item from the cart, click “remove item”. 

 

When you are ready to checkout, new customers will be asked to create an account.  Returning customers will be required to give their email address and password.  New customers will need to provide their name, email address, phone number, new password, billing and shipping address(es) and payment info.  You will then view the total amount of your order including sales tax (if shipping to address in NC) and shipping charge (it’s cheaper than gas!).  Please review all information listed for accuracy before clicking on confirm/submit order.  If you need to change anything, hit the back arrow on your browser to make the necessary changes before finalizing your order.  We will process your credit card info to authorize the transaction but we will not actually charge your card until the items are shipped.  To see how your personal information is protected at FemmeVP.com, please click here 

 

Once the order is submitted, we cannot change it as the fulfillment process has already begun.  Please see the Return Policy below to find out more about how to send an item back. 

 

When your order is complete, you should see a message on the screen telling you that the order has been completed.  If this page does not appear, your order is not complete.  Please try again, or call us.

 

If we have any problems processing your order, we will let you know by email as soon as possible.

 

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email telling you that you are on your way to receiving cool FemmeVP sports gear and accessories.  When your order ships from our warehouse or our suppliers’, we will send you a confirmation email complete with UPS Tracking number. 

 

Once you receive the tracking number, you can click “Track Your Order” on the top menu bar of the site and be directed to the official UPS or DHL site.  Type in your number and receive detailed information on your package.

 

If you do not receive this confirmation email or the actual product(s), there may be a problem contacting your email address.  If this happens, please send us an email or give us a call to work it out.

 

 

Merchandise availability and backorders? 

 

FemmeVP.com will occasionally run out of a certain item.  When this happens, we are quick to re-order, but there will be a window of time which the product is unavailable to ship.  We will notify you by email if this should occur with an item you have ordered.

 

Some of the products on FemmeVP.com ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses.  Our suppliers run out of items sometimes too.  We will also notify you if they are out of an item.

 

Items not currently on hand can be backordered and will be shipped as soon as they are in stock, usually within 1-3 weeks.  You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for a backordered item.  You will not be charged for a backordered item until the product is shipped.  If you rather not wait and want the item removed, we will take care of it , and notify you when the product is again in stock.

 

Having an item on backorder will not affect the rest of your order.  Your items in stock will ship asap. 

 

 

Pricing and corrections? 

 

We do everything in our power to avoid any pricing errors, but they do happen every once in a while.  We reserve the right to change price and other product information.

 

 

Gift options?  

 

The staff at FemmeVP can dress up your order with the custom gift wrapping option.  For $5.00 additional per product, we will wrap the gift, finish it nicely with a ribbon, and attach a card for you to sign. 

 

 

Sales tax?  

 

To adhere to the rules of the State of North Carolina, products shipped to residents of NC will be charged a 7.25% sales tax.  Shipments to the other 49 states and Puerto Rico will not be charged a sales tax.

 

 

Shipping charges and delivery?  

 

We ship orders to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico by UPS Ground.  FemmeVP charges a flat shipping fee of $5.00 per order.     

 

We warehouse most of the items in our catalogue; however, some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.  Your order may arrive in separate boxes and/or at different times.  You will not be charged additional shipping if this happens. 

 

If an item is in stock in our warehouse, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days upon receipt.  If an item is being shipped by our suppliers, it will be sent within 2-4 days of your order placement with a few exceptions.  If a product is handmade (Fan Mats) or customized for each order, the shipment time will be longer than normal.  FemmeVP will use the product description to note any products with longer than usual delivery times. 

 

Delivery times vary by time of year (Christmas) and your distance from our warehouse in NC or our suppliers’ warehouses around the country.  Keep in mind weekends and holidays are not considered ship days.  To estimate time of arrival from our warehouse, please click here for the UPS Ground map.  For example, if you lived in New Orleans, LA, and placed your order on a Monday morning, you would first allow 1-2 days for FemmeVP to process and ship the order.  If the order left our warehouse on Wednesday morning, the UPS map shows a 2 day time period for that package to hit your doorstep.  So you would most likely have those items by Friday, just in time for the weekend’s games.    

 

If you absolutely must have your items sooner, call us or send an email to set up expedited shipping.  We can give you a quote and several shipping options to get the products quicker.

 

Some important notes:

 

1.       Your billing info must appear exactly as it does on your credit card statement for the order to go through. 

2.       If your shipping address is different than your billing address, we are required to verify this info with your credit card company.  As a result, your order may be delayed.

3.       Please make sure you specify a correct current shipping address.  Delivery is only ensured to an address by UPS/DHL and FemmeVP, not to an individual.

4.       UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

5.       Signature Requirement: If you most likely will not be home for UPS delivery, it may be best to leave a note informing the driver to leave the package on your porch or with a neighbor or building manager.  It may be best to call UPS with your tracking # to have the package delivered to your business address.  UPS generally requires signature upon delivery when:

a.      Package is delivered to an apartment, condo or business

b.      Package contents are valued at more than $150

c.       Driver feels it is not safe to leave the package

6.       If we have shipped an item incorrectly, please call or email us.  We will reimburse you to ship that item back to us and will send the correct product free of charge.

 

 

Returns?  

 

FemmeVP wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If your expectations are not met for any reason, you may return or exchange an UNUSED item within 30 days for full refund.   Items returned must be in new, unused condition in original packaging with all accessories. 

 

If you would like a return or exchange an item:

1.      Send an email to customercare@femmevp.com with your name, address, daytime phone number, order number and reason for return.  Please also give us detailed instructions on what product(s) you would like to return/exchange. 

2.      Insure the value of the whole package and ship back pre-paid to:

3.      The customer will be responsible for shipping back to FemmeVP, and we will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return/exchange back to you.  If there is an upgrade in shipping method, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost.

4.      Please keep your postal and insurance receipts.  Credit in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping and gift wrapping charges, will be issued back to your card.  Please allow at least 21 business days from the date of the return for the credit to be processed. 

 

 

Sizing Charts?
